Unfortunately, the less sleep you get, the more your sonus complete will bother you. Why this is I'm not sure, except to know that if you're tired it's much harder to keep motivated and do the things you need to do to keep your mind off sonus complete. I do know, however, that it's very important to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night in order to avoid what often feels like an increase in the sonus complete volume.
I think this was the first time in 3 years that actually remember saying NO to it. "Enough is enough," I said. ,,. I'm having a great time, I feel fantastic and you are not going to ruin this moment for me ". I remember running faster and faster and feeling better each step I took. I didn't stop for sonus complete and I didn't let it ruin my day. At this point it was making me stronger. This sounds quite unbelievable, but I ended up running the course twice which I had never done before. When I finished the course I was the happiest man alive I swear to God. It was the first time I realized that I was the problem and not the sonus complete. The sonus complete is there whether I want it or not. I have to live with that fact. I am now ready to accept that fact.
